MUST LOVE CUPCAKES AND PEOPLE. We are looking for individuals who are team players, love a FAST pace work environment and a positive work culture. Smallcakes offers two positions; bakers and front counter sales. Bakers are not required to have any prior experience/training or education in baking or cupcake decorating. We do all the training. Bake shifts are typically from 5 am - 12 pm everyday. Bakers average pay is $16 an hour. Front counter workers greet and interact with customers and box their cupcakes up for them, an outgoing personality is a MUST. There is a lot of cleaning involved as well. Shifts are usually from 09:30 am - 2:30 pm & 2:30 pm -8:00 pm. Front counter workers average pay is $14.00 an hour. Part time front counter position available.
